Meditation is a special life activity that requires we meet certain biological requirements. Contrary to common attitudes towards meditation, it is counterproductive to use it as a means to remove, get rid, control or manage any of our undesirable experiences. At its core, meditation requires curiosity - and this is a neurobiological state that we can learn to support within ourselves as part of a greater regulation of our nervous system. Only then can we receive all of the benefits of meditation: Fruitful with Insight; Relaxing our Body; Healing our Humanity - our relationship with our and other selves.
