Transparency & Emptiness are the qualities of our being that allow the multitude of manifestations in our life. Direct action as suggested above is born, lives and dies inside this emptiness. To know oneself as the totality that already is and can never become (thus not worries) permits our body and mind to reflect emptiness and transparency. These are experienced as lightness of body, clarity of thought and feeling, and swift unequivocal action.
